How every parcel is shot.
The standard is enforced by the app at the curb, not left to memory.
- Three to six photos per parcel, at least two of them clear, corner to corner.
- The right parcel, every time: the app checks the driver’s location against the parcel before it lets the shutter count.
- Called at the curb: ratings and flags spoken in the field, captured by the app as the photo is taken.
- Area and building ratings on a fixed scale, the same way in every county.
- Boarded, burned, unoccupied: always a yes or a no, never left blank.
- Timed to the season: leaf-off for countywide work, so the photo shows the structure, not the tree.
