The hawk that watches the ground.
Kestrel is our field network and the app it runs on. Instead of sending one crew across a state, we put the work in the hands of vetted local drivers who already know the streets, and one app holds every one of them to the same standard.
What Kestrel means for your work.
A kestrel hovers over one patch of ground and watches it until it sees what it is looking for. Kestrel drivers do the same, close to home, all over the map.
Capacity
The work is limited by how many good drivers we recruit, not by one crew’s calendar. A county, a state, or ten at once.
Speed
A driver who lives nearby can be at the curb this week, not next season. Storm checks, pre-sale lists, rush jobs.
Privacy
Your data is never posted. Drivers see a map, and only the winning driver ever sees what the job requires.
Map, bid, drive, verify.
Every driver. Every parcel. Same standard.
One app, every driver
Runs on the driver’s own phone, with the same shot list and the same ratings everywhere.
The right parcel
The app checks the driver’s location against the parcel before a photo counts.
Parcel-tied, time-stamped
Every photo is matched to its parcel and the moment it was taken.
Checked before it ships
Automated checks in the app, then a Ledgerstone review.
Earned trust
New drivers start on probation, with their work spot-checked before they run on their own.
Nothing lingers
Job data on a driver’s phone is scoped to the job and expires when it ships.
Know your streets? Get paid to drive them.
Kestrel launches in 2027, and we are building the first network of drivers now. If you already spend your days on the road in your county, this is work that fits around the work you already do.
Who we are looking for
- People who already drive every street: FedEx, UPS and USPS carriers, Amazon Flex, Uber and Lyft drivers.
- Off-duty law enforcement who know every corner of the county.
- Locals who know the county: the back roads, the new subdivisions, the rough blocks.
- Careful, honest, on time. The job is simple, and it has to be right.
How it works for you
- See jobs on a map near you, and bid on the ones you want.
- Drive your own route, on your own schedule, with your own phone.
- Paid per parcel as an independent contractor, once your work passes review.
- What you need: a smartphone, a reliable vehicle, and your own auto insurance.
Every parcel, accounted for.
Send us a parcel list, a county, or a question. We will tell you how we would drive it, what you will get back, and when.
